Opening Keynote: Heritage Open Days 2020 – Demystifying Digital

The annual Heritage Open Days event fell between two lockdown periods in 2020. In this keynote, we’ll hear from Andrew how the organisation supported heritage sites to adapt to digital and hybrid events in order to continue to put on an exciting programme, and how they’re taking this learning forward into 2021 and beyond.
