Inspired by the recent Frankly, Green + Webb article about museums and heritage making money from online content, we asked three people working in different areas of our diverse sector to discuss their approach to charging for digital events, education materials, or subscription content. Expect to hear about why they did it, how they’ve approached costing and delivery, and reflections on how long charged-for content takes to make.
