Digital Strategy for Heritage: What, why & how

10:00 - 11:00
Online

Research shows that many heritage organisations do not have a digital strategy and therefore are not making the most of the opportunities that digital technology provides.

With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic increasing the reliance of organisations on digital for their day to day operations and audience interaction, a digital strategy is now essential to maximise the potential for growth and impact that digital brings.

In this session, the Charity Digital CEO Jonathan Chevallier will be joined by Giles Woodhouse, Chief Strategy Officer at Wessex Archaeology to lead you through why it is so vital to have a digital strategy and how your organisation can start taking the key steps to form one. They will also be sharing some useful tips and resources that will help elevate or develop your organisation’s digital strategy.
