In September 2017 we carried out a survey of 1262 charities to gain insight into their attitudes and implementation of digital. The respondents vary in size and scope, from regional micro-organisations to large multinationals to give an accurate reflection of the sector.
The survey explores the digital competence of organisations, their perspective on the impact of digital and their future plans when it comes to investment and application of digital tools.
