The Digital Strategy for Resilient Charities programme has been designed specifically to give charities the confidence and capabilities they need to work through their own unique digital strategy. Each participant will be supported and given the tools to assuredly create a digital strategy that works for both their organisation and their service users.
There are 25 places available on the programme, priced at £500 (please note during its launch phase we are subsidising the cost of this programme, it is likely to cost more in the future). However, we are offering bursaries worth £500 for charities who are not in a position to pay for a place at this time. There will be at least 5 bursary places available.
If your organisation is able to pay for a position, we can guarantee up to 20 paid-for places. Paid for places will be allocated on a first come first served basis, with organisations being required to complete the application form and pay before they can secure a place.

Have the in-house capability to plan and/or manage services that are digital-enabled- either a formal digital team or individuals who have responsibilities for managing services which are enabled by digital

Charity Digital Training Terms and Conditions
These Training Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to training to be supplied by Charity Digital Trust (we, us, and our) to the entity procuring the training for its personnel or other nominated participants (you).
Payment and confirmation of training
All training fees (plus VAT) set out in the Order Form or quote must be paid in full to secure the training on the agreed date.
Each training session is limited to a maximum number of individual attendees. Charity Digital will not unreasonably withhold its agreement to increase that cap, provided that additional training fees (plus VAT) may be payable for additional attendees.
Attendees must be computer literate and have a basic understanding of the products to which the training relates. Attendees are expected to have familiarised themselves with the course syllabus in advance and in booking the course confirm that it meets their learning needs
Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel a course or change the date or location of the course (a change), you must advise us in writing as early as possible. The following policy applies to any change.
We may make a change due to a reason beyond our control (including trainer illness). Charity Digital will provide you with as much notice as possible if this occurs. We are not responsible or liable to you or any attendee for any loss or expenses incurred due to that change.
You may purchase training sessions in bundles in advance (if applicable) by paying the training fees (plus VAT) in advance. The dates for the training will be agreed by the parties (both acting reasonably) on request by you. Pre-purchases are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
Right to use training material
All intellectual property rights in any training material provided by us are and remain owned by us. You and the attendees may only use the training material to assist in the proper use of any Charity Digital product, and for no other purpose. In this clause, training material includes any training manual or exercise, or any note made by an attendee during the training session.
Our liability under or in connection with the Terms or relating to the training must not exceed the fees paid for the training session to which the liability relates. Without limiting the previous sentence, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage, or for loss of profit, savings, business, revenue, and/or goodwill, arising under or in connection with the Terms or relating to the training.
The Terms set out the entire agreement between us relating to training. No customer terms (whether attached to the Purchase Order or quote, or otherwise) will apply.
