TechSoup Boost, 1-Year Subscription for Large Organisations

Boost is a subscription service that provides a unique collection of cost-saving services and special offers for TechSoup products.

This offer includes one year of the Boost service for one organisation with an annual operating budget of more than £1.3 million.

Subscription Benefits

You can use Boost to save on Charity Digital Exchange products and stay informed on upcoming product and programme launches and webinars.

  • Try zero admin fee items: Explore some of Charity Digital Exchange’s most popular products and services and get the admin fees waived. Eligibility rules apply; not all organisations are eligible to receive all products even with a Boost subscription.
  • Stand out, get noticed: Boost lets you connect with those who understand how truly special you are, continue to improve your profile in order for you to be eligible for more, and guide us to provide the most relevant offers to you.
  • Charity Digital Exchange voucher: You can apply it now or within the next year. Receive a voucher for £16 off a future Charity Digital Exchange request. If the value of your cart is less at check-out than the voucher when you apply it, Charity Digital Exchange won’t issue cash back, and you can’t apply it to future purchases.

Continuing Service After One Year

You may renew your subscription by requesting another subscription through Charity Digital Exchange each year before the subscription expires.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Boost subscription any time by emailing Boost customer support. If you cancel within 30 business days of requesting a subscription, we will refund your full subscription admin fee. We may withhold from your refund the value of any Boost benefits your organisation has used during this period. If you cancel after this period, we will refund your full membership fee only if your organization has not made any eligible purchases or taken advantage of Boost benefits. Subscriptions cannot be exchanged.

Activating Your Subscription

When Charity Digital Exchange approves your request, we will send a message to your organization email address with instructions for obtaining and activating the subscription.

Eligibility & Restrictions

Eligibility rules for individual products or offers still apply for zero admin fee items, so not all organisations are eligible to receive all items. Boost subscription does not guarantee eligibility. Programme quantity limits may apply.
