When Charity Digital Exchange approves your request, we will send a message to your organisation email address with instructions for obtaining and activating the subscription.

You may renew your subscription by requesting another subscription through Charity Digital Exchange each year before the subscription expires.
You may cancel your Boost subscription any time by emailing Boost customer support. If you cancel within 30 business days of requesting a subscription, we will refund your full subscription admin fee. We may withhold from your refund the value of any Boost benefits your organisation has used during this period. If you cancel after this period, we will refund your full membership fee only if your organization has not made any eligible purchases or taken advantage of Boost benefits. Subscriptions cannot be exchanged.
Eligibility rules for individual products or offers still apply for zero admin fee items, so not all organisations are eligible to receive all items. Boost subscription does not guarantee eligibility. Programme quantity limits may apply.
