Change.org turns to the power of video

Change.org has announced a deal with Wochit, the social video creation platform.
The deal will allow the online petition site to produce cost-effective but high-quality, social media-ready videos that can be used to highlight the latest campaigns.
Change.org says video is part of its strategy to increase social impact by using online video
to drive higher engagement and build stronger emotional connections with the platform’s 150 million users around the world.
The completion of the deal follows a successful three-week pilot of the Wochit service, which saw the two organisations create and publish videos across social platforms in the UK, Germany and Italy. Change.org is now rolling Wochit out in Spain, France, Indonesia and the US, with more countries to follow.
Shareable video content
