Blackbaud and JustGiving have partnered to help charities with their data collection. New technology has been tried and tested by ABF The Soldier’s Charity
Two companies, Blackbaud and JustGiving, have teamed up and linked their application programme interfaces (APIs), which uses an umbrella integration application called Blackbaud links.
The new service will give customers the potential to download data either automatically or manually from JustGiving, which can then be translated into its customer relationship management (CRM) system called the Raiser’s Edge.
ABF The Soldier’s Charity is the first to utilise this new technology, and the data and business intelligence manager, Oliver Davey, states “The ability to download our JustGiving data into the Raiser’s Edge (CRM system) will be a big time saver for us and ensures we can make more effective use of that data to better understand our donors and raise more funds.”
