Our regular podcast returns for its latest installment, this time answering more of your COVID-19 questions.
The Charity Digital Podcast returns for another instalment. This episode tackles more of your COVID-19 questions. Our regular podcast highlights the challenges facing the sector and the successful organisations that overcome them.
Although charities are beginning to look towards the future and plan for the long-term, we are not out of the woods yet. Things have moved rapidly, and questions still remain for many organisations as they continue to provide their services remotely.
In a previous episode, we answered a selection of the questions that charities have submitted to us. This time we’re back with more for a second time around, to conclude our COVID-19 podcast series. Previously, we focused mainly on the product-based questions, but for this episode we tackle the more operational questions and show charities how they can use the tools and platforms recommended in the first COVID-19 questions episode.
We’re once again joined by four members of the Charity Digital team who have come together to offer their help. Lisa Chomette (Business Development Manager), Stewart Barber (Client Account Specialist), Mimi Morrill (Events Manager) and Elizabeth Carter (EComms Project Manager) come together virtually to help charities with any issues they’ve been having. Questions cover inventive ways to continue activities online, cyber security, text donate and so much more.
It’s so easy to feel overwhelmed by digital right now, but that’s why we’re here to help and show charities that they can thrive digitally during COVID-19 and beyond.
