You only have to register your charity once (for free) for our Charity Digital Exchange software donation programme, after which you can access a number of companies’ charitable offerings.
Google for Nonprofits
Google for Nonprofits is available to eligible charities across the UK and provides a range of benefits.
Qualified charities can access G-Suite (Gmail and Google calendar), $10,000 of Google ad grants, YouTube and Google Earth Outreach.

Office 365 is a free resource (depending on the version that you opt for) for eligible charities. It provides all the classic Office suite apps, including Word and Excel, all as online versions
The cloud-based offering grants you access to all these essentials from any secure location, making it an ideal option for those who work remotely and want the applications on various devices.

Airbnb Social Impact Experiences give charities the opportunity to increase reach by hosting events for both tourists and locals.
These experiences are free to promote on Airbnb. Charities can set-up and manage events with 100% of profits going towards your cause. Events are available London-wide so are best suited to charities located in this area.

Sage builds solutions for charities to work as effectively as possible whilst keeping costs down.
Eligible charities will have access to a variety of packages depending on their requirements. Charities can select from 4 products including digital accounting solutions and staff-management tools.

We have agreements with major software resellers that allow charities that are affiliated with us and fall within the suppliers’ eligibility criteria to buy software at discounted rates from the likes of Adobe, Symantec, Citrix and McAfee . To the left are some of the top software resellers we work with.
These agreements compliment the service provided by our Charity Digital Exchange programme. It means that eligible charities can obtain licences and titles beyond their donation programme entitlement at substantially discounted prices.
