Charities are legally responsible for meeting accessibility standards online. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 were updated in 2018 and have been adopted as European Standard but still many organisations struggle to reach the mark when it comes to inclusive web design and are often led astray by agencies that value flawless design over accessibility.

Including a live website audit from speaker Bertie Bosredon and presentation of the global digital accessibility programme from Manuelle Beuque, international fundraising co-ordinator at Humanity & Inclusion, this session aims to outline exactly what you need to consider, how you can make the necessary changes and resources to help you on the way to providing a digital experience available to everyone.
