Our vision

Our vision is to harness technology as a powerful force for positive change, driving innovation, digital inclusion, and sustainability to build a better future for all.

Our mission

Our mission is to empower charitable organisations, enabling them to accelerate their impact through digital.

Who we help

Our objectives relate  to organisations that have charitable purposes and providing public benefit.

This includes registered charities, Community Interest Companies (CICs) and other voluntary and not-for-profit organisations (with charitable aims such as social enterprises and cooperatives, collectively referred to as "charitable organisations".

How we help

We want everyone in the sector to have access to high-quality, cost-effective technology, as well as the skills, knowledge, and resources to make the most of those tools.

Our wide-ranging support reflects the diverse uses for digital technology in the charity sector today. We aim to:

  • Educate charitable organisations to be more efficient and effective using digital tools

  • Provide insights and information on complex, rapidly changing topics such as AI and cyber security, enabling charities to govern and operate safely

  • Provide access to digital solutions, services, and tools to support charity efficiency and effectiveness, supporting charities to focus their limited resources on beneficiary outcomes

  • Provide a payments platform that enables charities to collect funds and operate lotteries to support their good causes for charities
