We are a charity that helps other charities increase their impact by being more digital. We have two primary charitable activities:
As an infrastructure charity we work in a similar way to a B2B company. Our users are made up of charity professionals and we measure our impact on how they engage with our content, training and products. Our business model is not what you traditionally associate with charities. We don’t fundraise or solicit donations, instead we rely on discounted/donated product sales and tailored go-to-market, awareness and lead generating campaigns for our digital and technology partners. We also deliver a a growing number of grant-funded educational programmes.
A significant proportion of our software products programme comes through our being part of the TechSoup Global Network. This gives access to a wide range of heavily discounted and free of charge products, including software from Microsoft, Google, Adobe and Zoom.
In addition to this we have a number of local offers and services including a direct debit collection service for charities operating fund-raising lotteries and a white labelled marketing automation service which uses the market leading dotdigital product.
