In the 2021 Charity Digital Skills Report, 47% of respondents felt that data use was a key area of growth for their organisation, and that using data more effectively is a top priority. 

There is a lot of data and knowing what to look for is a daunting task. This leaves many feeling like they have no idea where to start. This includes the skills required, ways to get support, and helpful tools.
