Breakfast workshop: Replacing legacy technology: A collective approach to problem solving

Many charities are currently dependent on technology that no longer fits with their digital objectives. In this interactive roundtable session, we aim to help charities who are finding it challenging to replace their legacy technologies. Whether you feel trapped by your current technology or overwhelmed by the volume of choice and considerations, we’ll discuss ways in which you could start the journey and set the program up to succeed. 

We’ll take a collective approach, leveraging our experience in helping organisations to undertake this journey, by discussing the following:

• How can you choose technology and digital approaches that will keep you relevant into the future?
• How do you identify if you have the right people and strategy to make the change?
• How do you avoid ending up in the same place in the future?

We’ll share practical advice from our experience of working with non-profit organisations and charities. Attendees will also be invited to share their own obstacles to and experiences of replacing legacy technology, with a view to learning from each other.
