Over the past three years the sector has been required to adapt to changes like never before. Overnight we plummeted into a virtual world of fundraising and ‘pivoting’ and hybrid because everyday conversations. Now that we are coming out of the pandemic, fundraising is returning to a new normal.
In this session we explore how the community fundraising team at Mind responded digitally to the pandemic, specifically putting a lens on DIY fundraising and products. We will share experiences of Mind’s first innovation sprint as well as the rise of the Facebook challenges. Finally, we will look to the future and the new landscape of fundraising, what the past two years has taught us about fundraising and how this is now informing the future community and products fundraising strategies at Mind.
