Since 2019, we’ve run our annual #BeMoreDigital Conference as the epicenter of what we do, bringing charities together to learn, share, and build confidence. From 2019 to 2021, the message was always to be more digital. To adopt digital where you can and harness its power. But what does this mean in 2022? When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, charities were forced to accelerate digital plans. Changes were implemented almost overnight. It’s fair to say that now the sector IS more digital. So, where do we go from here and what does it mean to be more digital in 2022 and beyond?
As leaders, charity CEOs have been at the forefront of every digital change, but this doesn’t mean they’re digital experts. Just like others, digital might have been relatively new until the pandemic hit. Digital change is about involving everyone. It’s about using the strengths of your teams, asking for help and achieving lasting impact. Now, charity CEOs face a new age of digital which they must prepare for.
To kick off day three, charity CEOs will be taking the stage in a panel discussion. Each has their own story with digital, but they have all managed to make it the heart of their organisation. In this opening session, they’ll discuss what they think the next chapter of digital holds for charities and why. They’ll share where they think digital is headed and reflect on the overall future of the landscape from a CEOs perspective. Our three panelists will be speaking openly and honestly about their experiences over the past two years and their plans for the future.
