Talking about data: how to have the right conversations

This will be a practical session to get people practicing talking about data. Dan will set the background and give an example of a 5 minute data update. Then it will be small group work where attendees use some real data to prepare a short update of their own. These will be presented to the whole group and we’ll do feedback. Dan will bring real trend data from Citizens Advice for people to use, but if they want to use data from their own organisation that’d be great too.
