In this session we’ll discuss cyber security and the vital (but often underestimated) role that strong cyber security can play in protecting your work, income, mission, and people.

Join us as we explore how you can better protect your organisation from online threats, and explore the issues many charities face in improving their cyber security. We will ask questions like: what does the board need to consider when investing in cyber security, and how can you engage your senior team with cyber? Why do we need to protect personal data, and how can we do this on a budget? And how can we ensure supporters have greater confidence in your organisation?

Learning outcomes:

  • Improve general understanding of cyber security and the cyber threats faced by charities, and the impact of a data breach to their operations & funding
  • Increased confidence to engage the board or senior management with cyber security
  • Understand their organisation’s next steps to take on their journey to improved cyber security
