Workshop: The role of technology in impact measurement

This workshop will focus on how to evaluate charitable programmes and explore the technological tools that can be used to enhance data collection and analysis. Using The Brilliant Club as a case study, Lauren and Nikki will share how they built up their evaluation processes through digital transformation across a five-year strategy. The workshop will be interactive and delegates will be asked to reflect on their own evaluation journey and they will be supported to create a ‘theory of change’ evaluation model and a digital roadmap. ​
