You don’t have to hire more people or spend more money to be agile.

 

Nurturing agile skills, such as adaptability, pace and momentum, means your teams will be able to respond to any changes in digital fundraising. It can mean utilising the resources and tech that you already have to raise more funds, no matter what’s going on around you. As charities, we need to align our teams around strategies that harness the possibilities of digital fundraising. We can no longer rely on a pre-digital mindset in our digital age.

 

In this session, we’ll be joined by Deniz Hassan, Global Digital Fundraising Lead at World Food Programme. He’ll be sharing a clear framework of how to shape your teams and strategies to achieve an agile approach to digital fundraising... and get the buy-in to go along with it. The session will discuss how you can develop the right skills for agility within your digital fundraising and marketing teams. You’ll learn the technical requirements, an insight into the agile mindset and real-life examples of how his team have achieved digital fundraising successes with an agile team.

  • Large (income £1-£10M) - Supermajor (income <100M) sized charities
  • Digital fundraising/fundraising C-Suite roles, e.g.: Managers, Executives, Consultants and Directors
  • Medium-high level of expertise when it comes to digital fundraising leadership: attendees don’t have to be experts in agile fundraising or know anything about the topics to get the most from the session, but we recommend you have experience leading digital fundraising teams.
