Digital moves fast. You might feel like you’ve been thrown into the digital fundraising pool headfirst without a life jacket. And now you’re expected to swim!    

 

For some fundraisers, digital isn’t as straightforward as it’s made out to be. Where do you begin and how can you create a clear roadmap to success? With the expectation that you should be using digital, it can feel like you need to be a digital whizz - but you don’t! You just need to understand the basics and how to apply them to your charity.    

 

In this session, Emily Casson will be taking it back to basics and demystifying digital fundraising. She’ll be sharing her step-by-step guide to creating your own roadmap for success. This practical session will explain the fundamentals of digital fundraising and how to apply them. It will cover: how to approach digital fundraising, key channels (including social media, email, SMS, advertising and more), where to start and what you need to prioritise. Emily will also share some examples of success stories and what you can learn from them.

  • Understand the fundamentals of digital fundraising   
  • Learn the clear steps to create your own digital fundraising roadmap from scratch    
  • Understand how to use key channels for digital fundraising, including social media, email and advertising
