Charity Digital Academy: Getting set up with Microsoft 365

10:00 - 12:00

Microsoft 365 offers huge possibilities. It helps charities with email, file storage, and provides plenty of productivity applications that can streamlines your charity. Registered charities in the UK are eligible for ten fully donated Business Premium licenses and this session aims to help you set up, start using, and make the most of Microsoft 365 packages.

The course, the first of three parts, uncovers everything you need to know about Microsoft 365. The first half of the first session looks at the functionality 365 includes, helps charities to make sense of registration process and domain authentication, explores eligibility, and so much more.

The session then delves into specific use cases. Attendees will learn how to set up files storage, with reference to SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. They’ll learn how to navigate groups and assign permissions. They’ll find out the best ways to migrate data and emails. And so much more.

This course is part of a three-part series. Join future sessions to learn more about the range of productivity applications to help your organisation be more efficient and effective.

Tickets cost £95 + VAT. To purchase this course, click "add to basket" in the bottom right corner.
