Q&A session: An introduction to Microsoft Copilot

13:00 - 14:00

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is set to transform the way we work in the future. For charities, the possibilities are seemingly endless – but so too are the tools.

One of the leading AI tools is Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft’s AI assistant, launched in 2023. Copilot is designed to assist users across Microsoft 365, Bing, and Edge, aiming to simplify tasks and enhance productivity. Seven in ten non-profits say they are likely to implement Copilot across, management, team leadership, and administrative functions.

In this Q&A, Joel Hogan (Programmes Manager, Charity Digital) will provide a whistlestop tour of Microsoft Copilot’s key capabilities, how they can help charities, and answer all your burning questions around Microsoft’s AI service.

Attendees can expect to learn:

  • What is Microsoft Copilot?

  • What are the benefits of Microsoft Copilot for charities?

  • How different iterations of Microsoft Copilot work (e.g Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot for Bing and Edge, etc.)

Please note that to use Copilot for Microsoft 365, you need one of the following licenses:

  • Microsoft 365 Business Standard

  • Microsoft 365 Business Premium

  • Microsoft 365 E3

  • Microsoft 365 E5
