Managing charity budgets can be a daunting prospect, particularly in times of economic uncertainty. The UK has experienced a recession, a cost-of-living crisis, rising inflation, and slow economic growth in recent years, making it more difficult for charities to stay afloat and keep delivering services amid increased demand for them.

In this workshop, in partnership with financial software providers Sage Intacct, we explore how charities can manage their budgets more effectively, using data to make informed decisions and, ultimately, driving more impact. ​
