When Charity Digital Exchange approves your donation request, we will send a message to your organization email address with instructions for obtaining and activating this product.

Subscription Details

Discounted Rates	This offer provides access to a 60 percent discount on any of TeamViewer’s annual subscription options. After you request this offer and pay Charity Digital Exchange’s administrative fee, you’ll directly pay TeamViewer for the discounted services. If desired, you can also purchase support for mobile devices or up to nine additional session channels as add-ons at a 60 percent discount when you purchase your subscription from TeamViewer. Additional session channels allow you to host multiple sessions at the same time. Any other add-ons must be must be purchased at full price.
Continuing Service After One Year	After the initial year, TeamViewer will automatically renew your services at a 60 percent discount unless you choose to cancel. You can cancel your subscription by contacting TeamViewer support at least 28 days prior to the end of your subscription period.
Existing Subscribers Ineligible	You can request this offer only if you do not currently have a paid TeamViewer subscription.
Previewing TeamViewer	If you’ve participated in the free trial for TeamViewer, you can request this product to activate your trial version.
