Take our survey – what IT support do charities need?

Our latest survey asks charities about their existing IT support and what they need to be able to work effectively with technology

Take our survey – what IT support do charities need?

Research has revealed that almost half of charities (46%) say that digital has become a higher priority for them since the pandemic. Yet only 15% of charities say they have adequate internal resource to support their digital strategy.

Indeed, with limited resources and budgets, it can be difficult for charities to keep pace with the pace of technological change. The changing landscape of cyber security and the impact of developing technologies such as artificial intelligence make it more challenging for charities to provide digital services, invest and implement new tools, and modernise their operations. We recognise that this is a particularly pronounced challenge for smaller and medium-sized charities, who have further reduced budgets and resource to draw from.

That’s why Charity Digital, in collaboration with cyber security experts Avast, has launched a new survey, to understand the digital challenges charities face and shape a specific IT support offer to help those small to medium charities who need more assistance.

The short survey will explore the most common technical requests charities receive to determine what support they would find most useful in the future. By participating, charities are highlighting the biggest IT challenges faced by the sector and taking steps to help us remove them.

As a thank you for participating in this survey, we have two £25 Amazon vouchers up for grabs.
