The Charity Digital #BeMoreDigital Conference 2023 is taking place at Novotel Hotel in London on 09 March 2023. The action-packed day promises to provide tons of useful advice, information, guidance, entertainment, networking opportunities, and much more for charities of all shapes and sizes.

The 2023 theme is ‘overcoming the cost-of-living crisis’. The cost-of-living crisis and the cost-of-giving crisis pose huge challenges for charities, with fewer donations arriving alongside increasing service demand.

And that’s just the start. Charities have to grapple with so many other factors, including looking after volunteers and employees, stabilising finance, perfecting marketing, and so much more.

It will likely be another tough year for the charity sector. But we want to help, in any way we can.

What can you expect from #BeMoreDigital 2023?

The Charity Digital Conference is created by charities, for charities. It aims to build confidence and skills across the UK charity sector, regardless of their digital maturity or digital expertise. It is an opportunity to grow together, to learn from each other, and to ensure collective success.

Our past conferences have proved very successful, with 77% of attendees suggesting the event exceeded expectations and 76% saying they would recommend attending. But 2023 promises to be our best Conference to date, with loads of brilliant sessions, informative discussions, interactive workshops, networking opportunities, and so much more.

We are splitting the day into three streams:

• Fundraising and marketing
• Leadership, people, and culture
• Service delivery and impact measurement

The streams include tons of brilliant sessions. That includes a keynote panel on addressing the cost-of-living crisis, with brilliant speakers discussing the innovative ways that charities navigate the various challenges. We have an interactive workshop on supporter experiences, another one on building robust cyber security, and another on creating engaging social media content.

We have an incredible panel session on fundraising and planning for the future. We have sessions on providing face-to-face services online, on how charities can develop digital capacities, and on how charities can approach environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policies.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. There is so much to learn, so much to absorb, all of which will help your charities grow stronger, more efficient, and more resilient – putting you in the perfect position to overcome the cost-of-living crisis and other challenges on the horizon.

Prices for your tickets depend on your organisation’s income. Early bird tickets are still available, with discount prices lasting until 29 January 2023. 

All tickets include access to events and applications to workshops, access to the tabletop exhibition, access to the event app that will contain networking opportunities, coffee break refreshments, and lunch.
