Social media performance experts Hootsuite share their experience working with Charity Digital
Charity Digital has been producing educational articles in collaboration with Hootsuite for many years. Our work together has helped equip the charity sector with valuable insights on marketing best practices and ways to amplify important nonprofit causes in the constantly evolving social media landscape.
Charity Digital spoke to Hootsuite to find out more about their experience working with us. Below is Hootsuite’s response, detailing key results from recent campaigns, the impact it has made, and so much more.
We chose Charity Digital because we already have a well-established, trusting relationship with the team as the UK partner of our broader partnership with TechSoup. As a charity themselves, we know that Charity Digital has the best interests of other charities in mind. It also has expansive reach across a large network of charities in one of Hootsuite’s primary markets.
The objective of the promotional campaigns we run with Charity Digital is to increase awareness and registration for Hootsuite’s ‘Uplift’ webinar series, which is a free content series focused on educating, enabling and empowering nonprofits around the world with the skills and technology they need to make an impact with social media. The series has received nearly 100 total webinar registrations as a result of Charity Digital’s promotion campaigns so far.
The campaigns have increased overall brand awareness, as well as awareness and registration of our ‘Uplift’ series. This in turn increased awareness for our HootGiving Nonprofit Discount programme, which aims to equip as many nonprofits as possible with affordable access to social media performance software.
The Charity Digital team is friendly and knowledgeable. They are strong partners who really look to understand our objectives and provide recommendations on campaign tactics that will help us achieve them. They are consistent about following up with us to debrief on how campaigns went and to ask for feedback to keep improving results and the partnership.
