But remote working can pose some problems. Team communication and collaboration can be more difficult when colleagues work from different locations, but there are lots of great apps and platforms that provide a helping hand.

Microsoft have a wealth of tools that can support charity workers, helping them to effectively collaborate and openly communicate. And many of these tools are available at a discounted price on the Charity Digital Exchange.

• Create a Microsoft Tenant ID
• Create and activate Cloud Manager Portal
• Choose and purchase your subscription

The video also talks about eligibility criteria and gives some guidance about choosing the right products. 

Take note that the Microsoft donation programme is changing on 4 April 2022. After that time, on-premises software (standalone licenses that users install on specific computers and can be used even without an internet connection) will no longer be part of the donation programme.

While the products will still be available at a discount on the Charity Digital Exchange after 4 April 2022, there will be a price increase of about 3 to 5 times more than the donation programme pricing. So act fast - and purchase before then!
