Sport at the Heart: Using tech in the community

Sport at the Heart is a social inclusion charity that harnesses the potential of its local community, creating positive opportunities to inspire children, young people, and their families and helping them find their skills and passions in order to develop, grow, and thrive.

Digital technology is used in a variety of ways to help deliver the charity’s free daily activities.

Matthew Burrage told us: “Digital technology is a crucial component to Sport at the Heart’s services. It increases our ability to deliver diverse and engaging experiences. It’s also a tool for outreach to young people and anyone who’s curious about what we do.”
