Our work together has awarded the charity sector with essential information, particularly around the adoption of digital solutions, financial technology, financial literacy, and so much more.

Why did you choose Charity Digital? 

 

We chose Charity Digital as a strategic partner due to their extensive expertise in the charity and non-profit sector, as well as their established reputation for supporting organisations in adopting digital solutions. Charity Digital’s deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within this sector allowed us to reach a highly targeted audience and engage effectively with potential customers who could truly benefit from our financial management solutions. 

 

 

What were some of the key results of the campaign?  

 

Over the past three and a half years, our partnership with Charity Digital has driven impressive results, including lead generation across a variety of campaign types:  

  • Workshop: Delivered 11 leads, with six of these leads qualifying as marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and resulting in two active sales opportunities
  • First webinar: Produced 68 leads, eight MQLs, and one sales opportunity
  • Second webinar: Yielded 69 leads and 10 MQLs
  • Third webinar: Resulted in 22 MQLs and four opportunities, with two deals won
  • e-Book campaign: Generated a substantial 111 leads
  • Charity guide: Provided 35 leads, 10 MQLs, and four opportunities, including two closed deals  

The overall results show a consistent and growing interest in our offerings, with substantial lead flow and successful conversions, supporting both our immediate and long-term goals.  

 

 

 

What impact did the campaign have for Sage?  

 

The campaign significantly impacted Sage’s position in the charity and non-profit market. The partnership with Charity Digital has strengthened brand awareness and allowed us to reach our target audience effectively.  

With high-quality leads and MQLs converting into tangible sales opportunities, including multiple closed deals, this campaign has proven essential to our business development and sector-specific sales goals. Below are some specific data points from the campaign: 

  • How many leads were converted: Four closed deals from 316 leads generated
  • Average cost per conversion: £16,250 per closed deal
  • Additional percentage on top of revenue: Estimated 3–5% increase in annual revenue
  • Annual recurring revenue from closed deals: £100,000–£120,000 total (around £25,000–£30,000 per deal)
  • Conversion Rate: 1.3% from lead to closed deal
  • High-quality lead sources: Webinars, e-books, and guides contributed to the highest lead generation and conversion efficiency
